The custom rear axle suspension system was engineered from the ground up to replace the traditional leaf spring setup and eliminate its common weaknesses.The key components of the design are adjustable trailing and diagonal control arms, working in conjunction with high-end Öhlins STX shock absorbers, which offer full damping force adjustment during the compression phase.

Product description
The suspension is mounted to the chassis using a dedicated four-point subframe, which also serves as a robust base for the diagonal control arm mounts. The use of threaded coilover shock absorbers allows for precise ride height adjustment and individualized suspension tuning. Instead of traditional metal-rubber bushings, we use spherical bearings (uniballs), enabling the use of turnbuckles on the control arms for highly accurate suspension geometry adjustment. The system is designed around a 9-inch rear axle. Control arm and shock absorber mounts are made from sheet metal and TIG-welded directly to the axle housing. The lower shock mounts allow for adjustable installation height. The product is made from high-grade S355 structural steel, and all components are corrosion-protected. Painting of the axle housing is available upon customer request.
