From point cloud to finished machine
In collaboration with 3dproject, we have developed a complete suite of services for you
3D scanning: We transfer your car into the digital world with precision down to 0.01 mm. Every new part fits perfectly.
Engineering design: Our engineers create a virtual model of all modifications. You see the project before the first physical component is produced.
CNC and 3D manufacturing: We utilize top-tier CNC milling machines and 3D printers to create bespoke components unavailable anywhere else.
Assembly and testing: The final product undergoes rigorous quality testing. We don’t hand over the keys until we are certain the car handles perfectly.
Suspension and chassis rigidity
We design chassis geometry from a clean sheet. We combine racing engineering with supreme comfort, creating systems that transform how the car communicates with the driver.
Integration of Öhlins systems, proprietary CNC-machined billet control arms, mounting point modifications, and full suspension kinematics optimization for perfect handling—and beyond!
Turbocharging and engine accessories
We build complete forced induction systems (Turbo/Supercharger) based on 3D engineering. We focus on safely unlocking the engine's potential through high-end external components.
Design and installation of Twin-Turbo/Supercharger systems, bespoke exhaust manifolds, and cooling systems perfectly tailored to the engine bay.
Electronic control systems (ECU/TCU)
We ensure perfect synergy between mechanical components and software.
Individual tuning of engine and transmission maps (ECU/TCU), integration of modern wiring harnesses, and advanced component management systems.
Aero & exterior engineering
We merge aesthetics with flow physics. Every bodywork element is designed in a CAD/CFD environment to deliver real improvements in downforce and high-speed stability.
