Read moreFactory front suspension geometry settings in the Ford Mustang GT Gen 6 do not always allow the car’s full potential to be used during dynamic driving. The limited camber adjustment range can lead to understeer, weaker tire contact with the road surface in corners, and less precise response to steering input.
Restomotive Adjustable Camber Plates solve this problem by giving the driver the ability to precisely set the front axle geometry for street, sport, or track driving.
Wide adjustment range: Allows precise negative camber adjustment, improving cornering grip, front-end stability, and tire wear control.
Spherical bearings (Uniball): Replace the factory soft rubber components, improving steering response and feedback from the front wheels.
Low mounting height: The design does not limit shock absorber travel or unnecessarily raise the front of the car, even with lowered suspension.
Easy setup adjustment: The scale on the plate allows quick changes between “Road” and “Track” configurations without removing the suspension.
Better geometry control: A wider adjustment range allows the car to be adapted to the driving style and usage conditions.
Restomotive Camber Plates replace the factory upper mounts of the front shock absorbers, allowing precise adjustment of the wheel camber angle. The design uses a Uniball-type spherical bearing, which eliminates the soft movement of factory rubber components and improves direct feedback from the front axle.
As a result, the steering system responds faster, and the car gives the driver a greater sense of control during dynamic driving and cornering. The low mounting height helps maintain full shock absorber travel even with lowered suspension, which is especially important in cars prepared for sporty driving.
The engraved scale makes it easier to quickly change settings between “Road” and “Track” configurations without the need to disassemble the suspension.
Intermediate. Intended for installation by qualified personnel.
