Read moreThe Mustang Gen 6 can be fast in a straight line, but the real difference begins where you need to brake late, enter a corner with confidence, and trust what is happening at the front axle. The factory front lower control arm was designed as a compromise between comfort, durability, and everyday usability, but under harder braking, with better tires, lowered suspension, or faster driving, its limitations start to become clearly noticeable.
The Restomotive adjustable front lower control arm was created for drivers who want to increase handling precision and gain greater control over the front suspension geometry. Its construction allows more accurate adjustment correction, improves front axle response, and provides a more direct feel of the car during braking, cornering, and dynamic driving. Full Geometry Adjustment SPHERICAL BEARINGS (UNIBALL) Increased Durability Lightweight Construction
Full geometry adjustment: Allows precise front axle geometry adjustment in a wider range than the factory solution.
Uniball bearings: Replace soft rubber bushings, reducing geometry changes under load and improving steering response.
40HMT steel turnbuckle: Allows precise control arm length adjustment, ensuring stable settings and resistance to deformation under load.
7075-T651 aluminum: The CNC-machined control arm body provides high rigidity, mechanical strength, and low weight.
Better front axle control: The stiffer construction improves handling precision during braking, cornering, and dynamic driving.
The Restomotive adjustable front lower control arm for the Ford Mustang Gen 6 replaces the factory suspension component with a more precise and rigid construction, designed to provide better control of the front axle geometry.
Instead of factory rubber bushings, it uses Uniball spherical bearings, which reduce unwanted movement under load and improve suspension response to steering input.
The CNC-machined construction made from 7075-T651 aluminum provides high strength while keeping weight low. Adjustment is carried out using a turnbuckle made from 40HMT steel, allowing precise control arm length adjustment and accurate correction of the front suspension geometry. As a result, the car handles in a more predictable way during braking, corner entry, and dynamic driving.
