The engine bay strut bar is made of high-strength structural steel S355. Thanks to the use of a turnbuckle, the length of the strut bar can be adjusted, allowing a perfect fit to the engine bay walls and improving the rigidity of the front section of the chassis. The product noticeably enhances the car’s handling. With reduced movement of the front body section, the suspension responds more quickly to the driver’s input. Product description

The front engine bay strut bar has been designed to increase the structural rigidity of classic 1960s Mustangs. It is manufactured from high-strength S355 structural steel, ensuring excellent load resistance and long service life. The construction is based on two main machine-bent tubes, providing even force distribution. At the center of the strut bar, a turnbuckle is used to allow precise length adjustment and a perfect fit to each individual vehicle. The mounting brackets are made from specially profiled steel plates, TIG-welded to the main body of the strut bar. At the mounting points where the plates contact the bodywork, spacer rubbers are applied to prevent scratches or paint damage and to improve the fit to the chassis. The entire component was designed in a CAD environment and validated through Finite Element Analysis (FEA), guaranteeing the highest quality and reliability. Installation of the strut bar does not require any modifications to the vehicle body.
